Thank you so much for contacting me in regards to this new FHA Hope for Homeowners loan program. As we’ve been researching how to handle the close to 700 calls and emails coming in about this product, we have found that the first step you must take in order to see if this product will help you is this:

You must first contact your existing lender and see if they will refinance you into the FHA Hope for Homeowners loan. If they will then go for it! If they wont then you need to ask them if they will allow you to do the loan with another lender like myself.

I know this is frustrating and I know these bank are a PAIN to deal with but until you find out this information there is really nothing I can do yet for you. If these banks are not cooperative with you PLEASE send me the details at jeff@landlordbusters.com so we can do a follow up report on Channel 7 and let these banks hear from all of us.

 Hopefully the Banks will come out and let us know that, Yes, we will participate, but until then you have to contact them and find out.
